Welcome to my web site.

Painting has been a sporatic hobby with me since my honorable discharge from the USMC in 1961. Now that I'm a retired businessman I can dedicate more time to "Art outside of the box". My paintings are heavily influenced by the unique styles of Van Gogh, Monet, Pollack, & Neiman. My goals have been to attempt to emulate some of the Masters' styes and techniques in my artwork.

I loved the idea of Al Hirschfeld (1903-2003) hiding his daughter's name "Nina" in his all his caricatures and drawings. He started this after her birth in 1945. So I thought it would be fun to incorporate my nickname "Skip" in all my artwork, sometimes obvious, sometimes not. Explore and enjoy my web site and see if you can find the hidden "Skip"s.

Hopefully anyone viewing my artwork will enjoy my attempts at utilizing some of the Masters' styles and techniques in my artwork. I hope you will want to display some of my art to enjoy in your home and/or office. All of my paintings and drawings are available in professional giclee prints, postcards, and notecards.
